✨ About Colette

CMCCS General About Me Pic 1

Colette McLeod is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Qualified Supervisor (MHC & MFT), facilitator, and consultant. Her work is clinically trained, intuition powered, and spirit led — blending modern knowledge with ancient practices to support others in reclaiming clarity, alignment, and sustainable transformation.

With over 12 years in intentional practice, Colette guides individuals, groups, and organizations in living and working with integrity, care, and conscious alignment. Her approach is pragmatic and soulful — shaped by a gift for distilling complex experiences into accessible insights that create room for meaningful change.

In addition to her work through CMCCS, she is the creator of Spill the T.E.A.™ (a framework for connected living through Time, Expectations, and Access) and co-founder of the GO! Mental Health Initiative, a growing program dedicated to supporting the wellness of therapists, space holders, and healing professionals.

“My work is about guiding people back to themselves — not to become someone new, but to remember what has always been sacred, steady, and true.”

When she's not creating new pathways for healing and growth, you'll find her reading, reflecting on the wildness of being human, enjoying good food, or connecting deeply with her people and community.
